2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  2. Items returned after the 30-day return window has expired.

  3. Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  4. Gift cards or store credits.

  5. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow the steps below:

Note: Returns submitted without a valid Return Authorization number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Cuero Guapo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes:

  1. Inspection & Approval: 2–5 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

  2. Refund Processing: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  3. Credit Card Refunds: May take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at the email address listed above. We will work with you to arrange an exchange at no additional cost. For size or preference exchanges, the standard return policy applies, and a new order must be placed for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we will require:

  3. Photographs of the damaged or defective item and packaging.

Cuero Guapo will cover the return shipping cost for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items and will provide a full refund or replacement at no charge.

8. Store Credit

In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund. Store credit will be issued in the full amount of the eligible return, excluding original shipping costs, and may be used on any future purchase at Cuero Guapo. Store credits do not expire.
