The DG 954 (often stamped as “Draper & Maynard DG 954”) is a vintage first-baseman’s mitt made by Draper & Maynard. It’s known as a trapper-style mitt typical of older baseball gloves from the 1930s–1950s era.
This card wallet is made from parts of this glove and uses baseball stitches to join the baseball glove pieces together. There is no cash slot, but there are 10 card pockets on the inside and plenty of room for folded cash. This means the wallet has a thin profile and the leather is soft and supple making it an comfortable carry card wall.
